How To Place An Order

Ordering from Therapy Resources is simple. Follow the steps below.

Step 1 — Browse the shop

Visit our online shop and browse by category, or use the search bar to find a specific product.

Step 2 — Add items to your cart

Select a product to view its details, choose any available options such as colour or size, then click Add to cart. You can continue shopping and add more items at any time.

Step 3 — Review your cart

Open your cart to review the items you have selected, adjust quantities, and apply any coupon code you may have.

Step 4 — Proceed to checkout

Click Proceed to checkout and complete your billing and delivery details. Please make sure your email address and contact number are correct, as we will use these to confirm your order.

Step 5 — Choose your payment method

Select your preferred payment method and complete payment. All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Step 6 — Order confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our team will follow up with you regarding delivery arrangements.

Assessment Tools and Regulated Products

Some clinical assessment tools are restricted to qualified professionals and may require verification of professional credentials before an order can be fulfilled. Where this applies, our team will contact you after your order is received.
