Description
ROWPVT-5 Receptive One-Word Picture Vocabulary Test measures the vocabulary a person understands rather than the words they can say.
The examiner says a word and the person points to the matching picture, so the task needs no speech at all. It is often used alongside the expressive version to compare understanding with spoken vocabulary.
